This beat-up looking project Fiberfab Avenger is for sale at an asking price of only $1,900 in Lake Tahoe. It sounds like it’s actually a little better than it looks from the outside, as it’s got a completely restored chassis with no rust, a 1683cc engine with Webbers and dual port heads and a new tranny, as well as pan stiffeners so there’s no flex. The car’s got Centerline rims, a dash with some gauges, a new steering box, an original instruction manual, and more. Drop Donnie a line at godscountry9642@yahoo.com if you’re interested.

Paul’s friend Robert picked up this super-rare Banshee (aka Caribee) and is looking to get in touch with other others and fans. He’s currently restoring this wonderful and under appreciated gullwing exotic, so hopefully I’ll post more on the project as it progresses.

Tom recently picked up this Avenger on eBay in North Carolina, and has since added a Ghia front end to it and is getting it ready for paint (it goes to the shop on Monday) and a new interior. He’s got a great set of kit cars, and is considering selling this one to finance the continuing restoration of his Aztec and Manta Montage, previously posted.

Long-time readers may remember this from the old PoHT site — I still have a lot of old archives to repost. This pink Avenger spent years sitting on the roof of Parkhurst Motors in Belleville, Ontario, Canada… When I saw it, I pulled in and asked them about it and they told me that when they’d hoisted it up there, it was a running car and was in theory still for sale if someone was willing to pay to get it down. Well, last time I drove through Belleville I noticed that it was no longer there.

I’ve owned a couple Vettes, and I’ve mentioned my affinity for the Mako Shark in the past, but it was a real treat to see this obscure Fiberfab kit up for sale — a Centurion SS on a ‘58 Corvette chassis. Perhaps a dozen of these were made, so it’s very rare. Most (or perhaps all but this one) were made without a full windshield and with only a single rear hump. This car sat for thirty years in the garage of the father-in-law of the current seller, and I suspect this is the only time you’ll see this car for sale. You can write to Will at thingpilot@sebastiancorp.net or bid on the eBay auction (#200304513497). The car is located in Foresthill, California.

I think this is a modified Fiberfab Avenger [edit: yes, it is], but I’m not 100% sure so any feedback is appreciated. Maybe I’m just tired, haha. Anyway, it’s up for sale in the Hesperia at an asking price of $3,500 — write jjor8cer17@verizon.net if you’re interested.

Here’s a kit with a ton of potential — this Aztec 7 project car, largely unassembled, is for sale in the Tacoma, Washington area. Mark (marktindol@hotmail.com) is selling it for only $1,000 — a great deal in my opinion — and at that it comes with a licensed VW pan with drop floors installed, as well as the complete body with an intact and undamaged windshield (worth far more than the asking price). The fiberglass needs minor repairs in several areas, but I think this is a very viable project for someone to take over… To my eyes the Aztec 7 is an under appreciated car, and finished they’re very striking.

Here are lots of pictures of the various parts; write Mark if you have any questions or would like to buy it.
