Richard won this car — not even knowing what it was — in a game of cards… Right now he’s looking for doors for it, but I don’t think anyone is making them right now. My advice was to have half doors fabricated, since that really fixes the lines of the car.

Does anyone know where a place might be that can manufacter the doors…either a two piece or a one piece doesnt matter????

  2. There are hundreds of Invaders out there with cheap bent plexi doors (or nothing at all)… If someone took the initiative to make molds for half doors, I think they cold make it pay off as there are so many people who need them!

Maybe, I’ll do that. I can make the mold from my current doors.

I am right now considering a starting a business making the replacement Invader GT doors and headlight covers. Since nobody makes them and I am currently unemployed and nobody’s hiring so it might make a good chance for me to make some money. As a owner of a Invader GT with doors and headlight covers, I can make the molds from my own car and make them available from either Lexan or plexiglass. I could imagine shipping has got to be expensive for those doors since they are so big.
