Anyone have any idea what this little kit car, built on a shortened VW chassis and reminiscent of hybrid designs like the Shala-Vet, could be? It was found in Quebec as far as I know — it may even be the one posted in the snow last year… People suggested Scorpion GT, Manic GT, but neither of those seemed right.
